We go the extra mile for your company. Our systems analysts have developed a five-stage process to ensure that every project we take on results in a solution that exactly meets your needs.
The FIVE Step Development Sequence
| ... we create solutions the way it should be done: from the bottom, up. |
The first stage is to conduct a preliminary investigation of the problem and define a solution. This is almost always addressed by meeting with you to discuss the problem you wish to solve. During this stage, we may offer a solution that might not have been apparent.
The second stage involves drafting a specific set of requirements for your project. This may entail such things as identifying the precise function of any web applications that may be needed, defining any development constraints such as evaluating which specific computer language bests fit the problem, or even characterising the general style and layout of your new website. Since every problem is unique, then so should be the solution. Unlike other companies, InSite offers no "silver bullets" - we create solutions the way it should be done: from the bottom, up.
The third stage is where we get our hands dirty. Our graphic designers will draft a preliminary design and submit it for your approval. If you don’t like the design, or have some suggestions, changes can be made and a new preliminary design will be drawn up.
The fourth stage involves programming and testing your website. Once finished, a “publishable” version will be submitted to you to allow for any minor changes to be made in the final version.
The fifth stage involves the implementation of your website and may also entail training in its use, conversion of existing data to the new system, and any future maintenance that may be required.
